Founded by Dr Jitendra B. Shah, Shrut Ratnakar is dedicated to educating and spreading Jain philosophy, culture, history, and heritage by preserving and propagating Shrut (True knowledge propounded by omniscient Lord Mahavir and obtained through oral traditions for generations) available in old Granths (ancient religious books & scriptures), Establishing a Study Center (Adhyayan Kendra) in India and conducting on-line lectures, workshops, seminars, and conferences to teach lifestyle changes based on Jain values.
In its relatively short span of 22 years of its existence, it has already bought out 50 standard publications which have won acclamation of the scholars and earned repute of the institute.
